Return Policy

  • Cancellation Rights

    You have the right to cancel your order(s) placed via our website for up to 7 days after the date of delivery of your item(s). Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this time. 

    Please note:

    • Orders for all medication and garments cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.  

    • Any returned goods must reach us in reasonable condition complete in their original packaging and with any seal intact. 

    • Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will then inspect the goods and issue a refund provided all our Returns Policy conditions have been met. 

    • Should we feel that the goods cannot be refunded, we will provide a reason for refusal.

  • Damaged and Faulty Items

    If any item(s) we have supplied is damaged or faulty on receipt, we will replace the item(s) or offer you a refund. In the case of reusable items, any returns will be subject to an inspection to ensure they have not been improperly used or handled.

  • How to Return Items

    To return a damaged or faulty item(s), please call our customer services team on 0800-012-6779 or via email info@clinidirectpharmacy.co.uk and we will send you a prepaid label to allow you to return the item to us. Please note that in the event you decide not to use the prepaid label, we are unable to refund any postage costs you may have incurred.
